How long will it take my order to ship?

All stock shown on the website is in stock and ready to leave from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.

Belle Bardot is committed to customer service excellence and we want you receive your new jewellery as fast as humanly possible.  Therefore we ship all jewels to you via express within Australia.

We do our best to ensure all orders are shipped within 1- 2 working days of order being placed. Once shipped your will receive a confirmation email of shipping with tracking details, please use the times below as a guide to how long your order should take to reach you.

Within Australia

$9.95 flat rate or FREE for orders over $150 AUD

All orders are shipped via express post and will take 1 -2 working days to arrive once shipped in all metro areas.  If you are in a rural area please allow a couple of extra days for delivery.

International Orders

- New Zealand flat rate $25.00  5 - 21 days


Please note international orders may be subject to customs and duties taxes and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Will I have to sign for my parcel?

All our parcels ship with tracking and will require a signature  on delivery. We encourage you to select a delivery address work or home where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.  

Do you delivery to post office boxes?

How to do I choose my ring size?

Please view our ring sizing chart and choose one of the 2 methods to determine your ring size.

Please make sure when using the ruler method, that you measure from the very inside to the very inside across the middle.

If for some reason you do happen purchase the wrong size, you can always return for refund or exchange. Please refer to our refund and exchange policy below for more details.  If you need any further help determining your ring size please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns and exchanges

You may return or exchange your purchases for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipted delivery for any reason (excluding earrings  and hair accessories in order to preserve hygiene standards).

Belle Bardot wants you to be a happy customer. We want you to be completely satisfied with the items you receive from us and love your new jewellery. Even though we believe that our merchandise is of the highest quality available as we stock only high quality 925 sterling silver, high quality alloy hypoallergenic metal and use only the finest AAA grade simulated CZ diamonds (yes there are low grades out there) for maximum fire and brilliance, we want to make sure "you" our customers are completely happy.

You may return or exchange your unworn purchases for refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days of receipted delivery. If you require a refund you will be given a full refund minus shipping and handling charges. If you require an exchange, you will be responsible for all extra shipping costs incurred.

Please contact us at for a RN number for your return.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on all earrings and hair pieces. Earrings and hair pieces are still covered by our 6 month quality warranty and will be replaced if faulty.

Please note that we will only accept returns on items that have their security tags still intact, are in their original packaging and have not been worn. Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.

If you qualified for free shipping at the time of checkout and you return any items that later drop that total below the free shipping amount you will be given a credit or refund minus shipping charges. 

Sale items cannot be returned for refund.  If you return a sale item you will be given a store credit or have the option to exchange only.

Sale items are still covered by our 6 month quality warranty and will be replaced if faulty.

6-month quality warranty

We are confident that Belle Bardot jewellery is the highest quality and we offer a 6-month warranty against any manufacturing faults.

All of our jewellery is of the highest quality materials with hand set high grade cz simulated diamonds, where as some other bridal jewellery in other stores is simply glued crystals and cheap plated metals.  We stand behind our quality being second to none and a piece of jewellery that you will keep as a timeless treasure for years to come.

Any faulty items will be replaced. In the event that we are unable to replace the item purchased, we will issue you with a store credit to the same value.

How will my jewellery be presented?

All Belle Bardot jewellery will be placed in a zip lock bag and Belle Bardot signature gift pouch which will be placed in a signature Belle Bardot jewellery gift box.  All hair pieces will be wrapped and packed in a Belle Bardot signature gift bag/box.

*please keep you zip lock bag and gift pouch for storing your jewels when not in use, to protect them and keep them sparkling like new.

Can you gift wrap or send a gift tag if I am buying as a gift?

Yes we offer free gift wrap.  Please make a note in the comments section at checkout, along with any message you want to send  the recipient and we will gift wrap your order for you and include a free gift card.

What is Rhodium?

Rhodium Plating provides protection for our sterling silver and alloy jewellery, coating it to help prevent tarnish and scratches. A rhodium finish, however, is not impervious to the effects of everyday wear and abrasion. To limit wear, one should avoid household cleaning, gardening, and other activities that can quickly destroy the rhodium plating, thus exposing the slightly yellow tint of the white gold or silver underneath. Even talc, which is found in many cosmetics, is known to have an abrasive effect on jewellery items.

If wear does occur, most jewellery can be re plated with rhodium at a local jeweller for a minimal cost. The plating on pendants and earrings lasts longer than on rings, as they are not exposed to friction.

Here are some tips for keeping your rhodium plated jewellery looking its best:
  • Do not use any abrasive cloths for polishing.
  • Do not use chemical cleaners.
  • Clean only with mild soap and water.

 How should I care for my jewellery?

If properly cared for, your sterling silver or cubic zirconia simulated diamonds will retain their lustre and shine for years to come.

Silver is resistant to scratches but not scratchproof, so remove your silver when you plan on doing heavy work with your hands.

  • Never immerse your silver jewellery in chlorine, salt water, mineral springs, or suntan lotion.
  • Do not expose your silver to intense light for prolonged periods of time.
  • Clean your silver with pads, felt or cloths that are specifically made for cleaning silver. These are available both in store or at your local grocery store or you can purchase in store at Belle Bardot.

Most people, even trained gemologists, can not tell the difference with the naked eye between high grade simulated cz diamonds and real diamonds.

To look it's absolute best, jewellery should be cleaned regularly. Simulated CZ diamonds are as beautiful as they are because of the way they reflect light, and jewellery cleaning is the best and only way to maintain this light.

Skin oil, soap, grease or hand lotion will  decrease the brilliance of your jewellery. Cleaning will alleviate the problem.

With these tips, your simulated diamond and sterling silver jewellery should last you for many, many years. Enjoy your new jewellery.

  • Clean your jewellery with warm, soapy water and a soft cosmetic brush (like the type used to apply eye shadow) or a very soft toothbrush.
  • Be sure to dry the simulated diamond to keep its brilliance and shine. 
  • Remove your rings when doing heavy work such as gardening or moving. 
  • Keep your jewellery in a fabric-lined box for protection or in small ziplock bags out or direct sunlight.
